Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

Join our team at Freedom Behavioral as we expand our services to Bunkie, LA. We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to lead our social services program. In this role, you will be an integral part of a multidisciplinary team, collaborating with therapists, case managers, and discharge planners to provide exceptional care and shape treatment plans for our patients.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership, supervision, and oversight for individual, group, and family therapy sessions, ensuring adherence to treatment plans.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team in chart reviews and quality assurance efforts.
• Lead discharge and aftercare planning, and provide comprehensive clinical documentation.
• Guide clinical staff in delivering effective patient care.
• Offer therapeutic interventions in individual, group, and family settings, tailored to each patient’s needs while maintaining a culturally sensitive and patient-centered approach.
• Supervise and approve psychosocial assessments, ensuring clinical notes are accurate and comprehensive.

Requirements

• LCSW license in good standing with the State of Louisiana.
• Preferred: At least three years of full-time experience in psychiatric care.
