About the role
We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to provide psychosocial assessments, discharge planning, and social casework to patients and families, primarily focusing on social, emotional, and financial needs.
Responsibilities
- Manage policies for patient goals
- Assist healthcare providers in understanding social factors affecting health
- Ensure services comply with regulations and payer guidelines
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience
- Independent decision-making skills
- Excellent communication with staff, physicians, patients, and families
Qualifications
- A Master's degree from a CSWE-accredited school is preferred
- LCSW credential (often mandatory for travel positions)
