About the role
We are actively looking to hire talented therapists in New Rochelle, NY, who are passionate about patient care and committed to clinical excellence. This is an outpatient therapy position offering a hybrid work system with 2 days in the office per week and 30-40 hours per week.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality behavioral healthcare
- Provide outpatient therapy services in a hybrid (in-person and remote) setting
Requirements
- Fully licensed and credentialed in one or more US states (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT)

Pay
Above-market compensation ranging from $82,000 to $110,000, based on a productivity model with a cash-based incentive plan.
