As the fastest growing behavioral health practice group in the country, LifeStance Health is actively looking to hire a talented therapist LCSW to support our growing Austin, TX offices.

Requirements

• Fully licensed as an LCSW, LPC or LMFT in the State of Texas
• Experienced in working with adult, and/or child and adolescent populations

Qualifications

• Passionate about patient care and clinical excellence
• Experience in outpatient settings
• Ability to work in a hybrid position

Skills

• Excellent communication skills
• Strong clinical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Compensation range $75,000-$100,000+compensation model based on productivity
