Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

Responsibilities

  • Conduct assessments, crisis interventions, and develop therapeutic goals and treatment plans.
  • Utilize evidence-based interventions such as CBT, EMDR, and Motivational Interviewing.
  • Supervise clinical staff, ensuring ethical and effective service delivery.
  • Collaborate with primary care providers and multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated care.
  • Provide short-term therapy, screenings, and appropriate referrals.
  • Maintain documentation, monitor services, and support team communication.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Master’s degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or psychology.
  • Minimum of 5 years clinical experience in relevant settings.
  • Proficiency in assessments, crisis intervention, and treatment planning.
  • Licensure within 6 months of hire; licensure as LCSW or LPC required.
  • Excellent communication skills, cultural sensitivity, and ability to work with diverse populations.
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of office equipment.

Additional Requirements

  • Must have completed clinical practicum during Master’s program.
  • Preferred: Supervisory experience and sobriety if in recovery.
  • Must possess BLS, Pharmacology knowledge, Skills Checklist, and Specialty Exam for onboarding.
