Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments, crisis interventions, and develop therapeutic goals and treatment plans.
- Utilize evidence-based interventions such as CBT, EMDR, and Motivational Interviewing.
- Supervise clinical staff, ensuring ethical and effective service delivery.
- Collaborate with primary care providers and multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated care.
- Provide short-term therapy, screenings, and appropriate referrals.
- Maintain documentation, monitor services, and support team communication.
Qualifications & Skills
- Master’s degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or psychology.
- Minimum of 5 years clinical experience in relevant settings.
- Proficiency in assessments, crisis intervention, and treatment planning.
- Licensure within 6 months of hire; licensure as LCSW or LPC required.
- Excellent communication skills, cultural sensitivity, and ability to work with diverse populations.
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of office equipment.
Additional Requirements
- Must have completed clinical practicum during Master’s program.
- Preferred: Supervisory experience and sobriety if in recovery.
- Must possess BLS, Pharmacology knowledge, Skills Checklist, and Specialty Exam for onboarding.
