Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

About the role

Join Our Rapidly Growing Team! As we continue to grow, we are looking for full-time licensed clinical social workers to work with the geriatric population in a Skilled Nursing and/or Assisted Living setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychotherapy services to patients in a Skilled Nursing and/or Assisted Living setting.
• Work closely with other healthcare professionals including nurse practitioners, psychiatric nurse practitioners, psychologists, and podiatrists.
• Earn a competitive salary of $70,000-$80,000 commiserate with relevant experience with additional room for growth.
• Receive an uncapped bonus opportunity.

Requirements

• Hold an active and unrestricted LCSW in the state of Florida.
• A completed master's degree in social work.

Qualifications

• Experience working with the geriatric population is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Skills

• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
• Knowledge of geriatric care and mental health issues.

Pay

Salary of $70,000-$80,000 commiserate with relevant experience with additional room for growth.
