Licensed Clinical Addictions Specialist
About the role
As a Licensed Clinical Addictions Specialist (LCAS) in our Outpatient clinic, you will provide screening, assessment, treatment planning, Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) coverage, and therapeutic services to adults with substance use needs. This role involves facilitating group therapy, collaborating with clinical teams and referral sources, and supporting clients through aftercare planning and community referrals. The LCAS also ensures accurate documentation, supports crisis intervention, and promotes a safe, therapeutic environment. Services are provided under clinical supervision.
Responsibilities
- Provide screening, assessment, and treatment planning for adults with substance use needs
- Facilitate group therapy sessions
- Collaborate with clinical teams and referral sources
- Support clients through aftercare planning and community referrals
- Ensure accurate documentation
- Support crisis intervention
- Promote a safe, therapeutic environment
Requirements
- LCAS (A) licensure is required
- Experience in Substance Use services preferred
- Valid Driver's license and auto insurance

Pay
Competitive salary: Starting at $49,000 and up, based on experience.
Schedule
Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m.
