Licensed Child and Adolescent Therapist - Fee For Service

About the role

We’re hiring licensed clinicians to provide compassionate, evidence-based care to our clients. You may be a good fit if you:

• Are independently licensed and living in Texas — LPC, LMFT, LCSW, PhD (Licensed Psychologist)
• Are consistently available to clients for a minimum of 25 sessions with 30 hours of availability weekly
• Are a behavioral health generalist open to treating a variety of clients, including couples and children
• Are invested in helping clients achieve measurable progress
• Are confident working with modern clinical technology, including telehealth and EHR tools
• Are a good teammate — we value positive contributors to our clinical community

Specialty population is subject to client demand. Preferred specialties include Child and Adolescent counseling and/or Play Therapy.

Responsibilities

• Provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions in Austin, TX
• Build a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing
• Offer flexible scheduling, available seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET

Pay

Up to $100,300.00 based on licensure type, session volume, and bonus opportunities.
