Licensed Child and Adolescent Therapist - Fee For Service

About the role

This role is eligible for a competitive ramp stipend for clinicians offering 30+ hours of availability per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, evidence-based care to clients across the country.
• Offer a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions in Annapolis, MD.
• Work independently as a licensed clinician in Maryland, specializing in areas like Child and Adolescent therapy.
• Collaborate with health systems and primary care providers to support holistic mental health care.
• Utilize modern clinical technology, including telehealth and EHR tools.
• Build a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing, with flexible scheduling available seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET.

Requirements

• Independently licensed and living in Maryland—LCPC, LCMFT, LCSW-C, PhD (Licensed Psychologist).
• Consistently available to clients for a minimum of 25 sessions with 30 hours of availability weekly.
• A behavioral health generalist open to treating a variety of clients, including couples and children.
• Invested in helping clients achieve measurable progress.
• Confident working with modern clinical technology.
• A good teammate — we're building a clinical community and value positive contributors.

Qualifications

• Experience providing counseling to Child and Adolescent and/or Play Therapy.

Skills

• Modern clinical technology, including telehealth and EHR tools.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

Pay

Up to $98,900 based on licensure type, session volume, and bonus opportunities.

Schedule

Fully flexible, seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET.
