Licensed Child and Adolescent Therapist - Fee For Service

About the role

This role is eligible for a competitive ramp stipend for clinicians offering 30+ hours of availability per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, evidence-based care to clients across the country.
• Work independently as a licensed clinician in Maryland, specializing in areas like child and adolescent therapy.
• Treat a variety of clients, including couples and children.
• Help clients achieve measurable progress.
• Use modern clinical technology, including telehealth and EHR tools.
• Build a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing.
• Flexible scheduling available seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET.

Requirements

• Independently licensed and living in Maryland.
• LCPC, LCMFT, LCSW-C, PhD (Licensed Psychologist).
• Consistently available to clients for a minimum of 25 sessions with 30 hours of availability weekly.
• Behavioral health generalist open to treating a variety of clients.
• Confident working with modern clinical technology.
• Good teammate, contributing positively to the clinical community.

Qualifications

• Specialty population is subject to client demand.
• Preferred specialties include Child and Adolescent and/or Play Therapy.

• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage caseloads.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Effective time management.

Pay

Up to $98,900 based on licensure type, session volume, and bonus opportunities.
