About the role

This role provides oversight and direction for clinical care on our outpatient unit, while also maintaining a caseload. The Team Lead delivers professional behavioral health services—including assessments and psychotherapy—to support recovery and promote overall wellness for a designated population. This position also works collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team to address the physical and behavioral health needs of the individuals we serve.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain a caseload and provide oversight and direction for clinical care on the outpatient unit.
  • Occasional weekend and holiday coverage may be required.

Requirements

  • Licensed Behavioral Health Professional (LBHP) – Master’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a closely related field + full licensure (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LBP, LADC, etc.).
  • Licensed Candidate Behavioral Health Professional (LCBHP) – Master’s degree in a relevant field + active supervision toward licensure.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and be open to job-related travel (e.g., training).
  • Participation in an on-call rotation unless exempted.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a closely related field.
  • Full licensure as a Licensed Behavioral Health Professional (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LBP, LADC, etc.) or active supervision toward licensure as a Licensed Candidate Behavioral Health Professional (LCBHP).
  • Experience in providing behavioral health services.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.

Pay

$75,000.00 (LBHP Team Lead) - $36.06 hourly
$70,000.00 (LCBHP Team Lead) - $33.66 hourly

Schedule

Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
