About the role

The Behavioral Health Outpatient Therapist provides evidence-based treatment to children and their families within an outpatient behavioral health clinic, school, virtual, and/or community setting, in accordance with agency vision and mission.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in supervision, case consultation conferences and agency meetings.
  • Serve as an ambassador for the promotion of the Children's Institute.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family counseling or related degree required.
  • Master's prepared clinician and license such as LPC, LCSW, LMFT required.
  • Three years' experience working as a behavioral health clinician with children/families with diverse cultures, and children with disabilities (sensory, cognitive, physical) preferred.
  • Credentialing with managed care organizations preferred.

Qualifications

Schedule

The schedule is Full-time, Monday through Friday. The exact start date is anticipated to be late summer to early fall 2026, but the start date is to be determined.
