About the role

The positions include a $2500 gross sign-on bonus upon hire and a second $2500 gross sign-on bonus after probation. The Department of Human Services (DHS) seeks experienced clinicians to serve as part-time and full-time Behavioral Health Therapists at Clarendon House.

Responsibilities

  • Formulate and develop psychoeducational curriculum in collaboration with program staff
  • Provide consultation and training to staff on evidence-based educational methods
  • Run psychoeducational and socialization groups
  • Provide therapy services and crisis intervention
  • Complete psychosocial assessments and submit authorizations to managed care organizations (MCOs)
  • Participate in the day-to-day operation of the psychosocial day program

Qualifications

  • Experience as a clinician
  • Knowledge of evidence-based educational methods

  • Proficiency in completing psychosocial assessments and submitting authorizations to MCOs
  • Experience in the day-to-day operation of a psychosocial day program
