About the role
The positions include a $2500 gross sign-on bonus upon hire and a second $2500 gross sign-on bonus after probation. The Department of Human Services (DHS) seeks experienced clinicians to serve as part-time and full-time Behavioral Health Therapists at Clarendon House.
Responsibilities
- Formulate and develop psychoeducational curriculum in collaboration with program staff
- Provide consultation and training to staff on evidence-based educational methods
- Run psychoeducational and socialization groups
- Provide therapy services and crisis intervention
- Complete psychosocial assessments and submit authorizations to managed care organizations (MCOs)
- Participate in the day-to-day operation of the psychosocial day program

Qualifications
- Experience as a clinician
- Knowledge of evidence-based educational methods
- Ability to run psychoeducational and socialization groups

- Proficiency in completing psychosocial assessments and submitting authorizations to MCOs
- Experience in the day-to-day operation of a psychosocial day program
