About the role

LifeStance Health is actively seeking passionate, licensed therapists to join our growing clinical team. We deliver high-quality behavioral healthcare through both telemedicine and in-person services, supporting adult and child/adolescent populations in an outpatient care setting. Responsibilities

• Provide evidenced-based, medically driven mental healthcare to children, adolescents, and adults
• Deliver treatment in outpatient settings, including in-person clinic visits and telemedicine sessions
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychiatric nurse practitioners, psychologists, and care teams to ensure integrated, patient-centered care
• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to clinical best practices

Requirements

• Fully licensed and credentialed as a therapist in one or more U.S. states
• Experience providing therapy to adult and/or child and adolescent populations
• Commitment to patient-centered, evidenced-based care

Benefits
