What You’ll Do
- Develop and oversee individualized behavior treatment plans
- Conduct FBAs and ongoing assessments
- Supervise and support Behavioral Health Technicians (BHTs)
- Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams
- Provide services across home, school, and community settings
Requirements
- Master’s degree in a related field: ABA, Education, Mental Health
- Active LBS (Pennsylvania) license
- Experience working with children or adolescents
- Experience with Treatment Plan Writing
