Thrive Therapy is a small, warm, and supportive company offering compassionate Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to help clients make real progress in real life. We are currently seeking a passionate and compassionate Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS).

Responsibilities

• Team supervisor; develop positive relationships with clients, their families, and staff
• Supervision of behavior technicians; weekly hands-on training and monitoring programs
• Treatment planning of client's individualized clinical program and analyzing its effectiveness
• Parent training; developing positive relationships with parents and weekly training sessions to teach them ABA principles
• Assessment of client progress over time
• Flexible scheduling; choose your own hours and locations

Requirements

• License/Certification: Behavior Specialist License (Required)
• Ability to Relocate: Philadelphia, PA 19124 (Required)

• Experience in ABA therapy
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

$65.00 - $75.00 per hour based on experience
