Licensed Associate Clinician - 51st Ave Health Center

Job Summary

Terros Health is seeking a Licensed Associate Clinician for our Recovery Counseling Program at the Priest Dr Health Center in Phoenix, AZ. This is a full-time, employed position working Monday - Friday, day shift, outpatient.

Responsibilities

• Provides outpatient individual, group, and family supportive counseling to clients.
• Charts progress, maintains clinical records, and ensures implementation of treatment plans.
• Makes assessments and follows up on client needs as required.
• Coordinates services as necessary, working in collaboration with case managers, medical providers, and other clinic staff.
• May sign off on non-licensed staff's work.

Requirements

• Preferred behavioral health experience.
• AZ Licensure reimbursed when renewed as a TH employee (according to policy).
