Licensed Associate Clinician - 23rd Ave Health Center

Job Summary

Terros Health is seeking a Licensed Associate Clinician for their Recovery Counseling Program at the 23rd Ave Health Center in Phoenix, AZ. The position offers full-time employment, Monday-Friday day shift, and includes multiple benefits.

Responsibilities

• Provides outpatient individual, group, and family supportive counseling to clients.
• Charts progress, maintains clinical records, and ensures implementation of treatment plans.
• Makes assessments and follows up on client needs as required.
• Coordinates services as necessary, working in collaboration with case managers, medical providers, and other clinic staff.
• May sign off on non-licensed staff's work.

Requirements

• AZ Licensure reimbursable upon renewal as a TH Employee (according to policy).
• Experience with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders preferred.
• Outpatient experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Full-time employment, Monday-Friday day shift.
• Must be licensed as a therapist in Arizona.
• Reimbursable AZ Licensure upon renewal.
