Job Summary
The Licensed Assistant Behavior Analyst (LABA) provides behavioral interventions to assigned consumers under the supervision of a Behavior Analyst. The LABA will support the delivery of quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services, supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), and ensure services are provided in accordance with Pathways policies and procedures and the standards established by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
Minimum Education & Licensing Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field.
- Current BCaBA (Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst) certification.
- Current Licensed Assistant Behavior Analyst (LABA) license.
- Maintain all required certifications and licensure.
Preferred Experience & Skills
- Experience working with neurodiverse children is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work effectively as part of a behavioral health team.
- Able to supervise and support RBTs.
- Competency with computers, electronic devices, and electronic documentation systems.
- Able to follow treatment plans, clinical direction, organizational policies, and BACB standards.
