We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to step into a key leadership role within our center-based ABA program. This is an opportunity to take ownership of clinical quality, support a growing team, and help shape the direction of the program.
What You'll Do
- Oversee ABA programming and ensure clinical quality across your caseload
- Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans and BIPs
- Supervise, mentor, and support BTs/BTTs
- Review and analyze data to drive meaningful client progress
- Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation
- Support onboarding and training of new staff
- Collaborate with leadership on program development and improvements
Clinical Structure & Responsibilities
- Daily: Supervision, staff support, documentation, client oversight
- Weekly: Data review, program updates, billable documentation tracking
- Monthly: Family guidance sessions, protocol modifications, team meetings
- Ongoing: Staff development, new client onboarding, interdisciplinary collaboration
Schedule & Expectations
- Primarily daytime, center-based services
- Consistent after-school coverage required (34 evenings/week)
- Evenings typically end by 6 PM
- Schedule structured to support both client needs and BCBA oversight responsibilities
Qualifications
- Active BCBA certification (required)
- Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis or related field
- Experience working with children with autism
- Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
- Ability to manage a caseload and support a clinical team
