Licensed Behavior Analyst

JOB REQUIREMENTS

We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to step into a key leadership role within our center-based ABA program. This is an opportunity to take ownership of clinical quality, support a growing team, and help shape the direction of the program.

What You'll Do

• Oversee ABA programming and ensure clinical quality across your caseload
• Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans and BIPs
• Supervise, mentor, and support BTs/BTTs
• Review and analyze data to drive meaningful client progress
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation
• Support onboarding and training of new staff
• Collaborate with leadership on program development and improvements

Clinical Structure & Responsibilities

• Daily: Supervision, staff support, documentation, client oversight
• Weekly: Data review, program updates, billable documentation tracking
• Monthly: Family guidance sessions, protocol modifications, team meetings
• Ongoing: Staff development, new client onboarding, interdisciplinary collaboration

Schedule & Expectations

• Primarily daytime, center-based services
• Consistent after-school coverage required (34 evenings/week)
• Evenings typically end by 6 PM
• Schedule structured to support both client needs and BCBA oversight responsibilities

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification (required)
• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis or related field
• Experience working with children with autism
• Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
• Ability to manage a caseload and support a clinical team
