Responsibilities
- Maintenance of standard LABA responsibilities related to case management
- Implement neurodiversity affirming and compassionate ABA therapeutic techniques
- Conduct assessments
- Submit semi-annual re-evaluations and ensure progress across goals
- Maintain clinical and administrative records in accordance with professional standards and HIPAA guidelines
- Provide parent training and engage in multidisciplinary collaboration with speech therapists, occupational therapists, physical therapists, and psychologists
- Provide clear and constructive feedback and trainings to BTs and RBTs
- Participate in structured residency program to build independent administrative and clinical skills for first year LABAs
Requirements
- Current licensure as a Licensed Assistant Behavior Analyst
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working with children with autism spectrum and related disorders
- Passing background screening and verification
- Direct experience implementing ABA methodologies to children with autism
