We are seeking a licensed, armed security guard for various per diem details around Connecticut. This is a professional, presence-based role designed to assure the safety and security of staff, guests, and visitors of the location.

Responsibilities

• Indoor and outdoor patrols
• CCTV surveillance and monitoring
• Access control
• Reception and visitor management
• Assure the safety and security of staff, guests, and visitors, of the location
• Documenting and reporting incidents appropriately

Requirements

• Valid Connecticut Blue Card (required)
• Strong situational awareness and attention to detail
• Reliability and professionalism under pressure
• Effective verbal communication skills
• Prior security experience is a plus, but not required for all assignments
