About the role
An established civil/environmental engineering and surveying firm based in St. Charles is looking to add a Project Architect to their team. This individual will start out working in their St. Charles office, but can then transition to their Oak Brook location if preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and documentation efforts, along with overall project coordination and communication with consultants and engineers
- Travel to job sites as needed for construction administration purposes
- Work with clients (usually local municipalities) to understand the needs of the project
- Collaborate with in-house trades
Qualifications
- Degree in Architecture
- Licensed Architect in IL is highly preferred
- Revit or AutoCAD proficiency
- Experience leading projects through construction administration
- Familiarity with a variety of building materials
- Familiarity with ADA/accessibility standards
- Municipal, industrial, or commercial project experience
Pay
The pay range for this position is $38.46 – $57.69/hr. Individual compensation offered within this range will depend on qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
