Licensed Architect

About the role

The Project Architect will oversee or perform all aspects of design and production for assigned projects. This role involves organizing and directing project teams, both internal staff and external consultants, to execute design work in an orderly, timely, and coordinated manner. The Project Architect will manage day-to-day project efforts to meet or exceed revenue targets and maintain primary billing responsibility for assigned projects to ensure accurate and timely invoicing. This is a Permanent position based out of Sharonville, OH, and is fully onsite.

Responsibilities

• Oversee or perform all aspects of design and production for assigned projects.
• Organize and direct project teams, both internal staff and external consultants.
• Manage day-to-day project efforts to meet or exceed revenue targets.
• Maintain primary billing responsibility for assigned projects.
• Prepare contracts, work orders, and other project documents for assigned projects.
• Develop, manage, and maintain accurate project budgets, work plans, and production schedules.
• Produce or oversee production of technical specifications.
• Regularly update relevant project information in internal databases.
• Maintain open and effective contact with clients throughout the project life cycle.
• Assist in the development of project proposals, qualifications submissions, and other marketing tasks.
• Mentor junior staff through effective mentorship, work support, and constructive feedback.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and architectural design.
• Strong project management skills.
• Experience in producing construction documents.

Pay

The pay range for this position is $85,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year.
