Licensed Alcohol & Drug Counselor (LADC)
Location: 1100 Prairie Lakes Dr #350, Eden Prairie, MN 55344 – fully onsite.

Responsibilities
- Facilitate group and individual therapy sessions for patients struggling with addiction.
- Conduct intakes and assessments to gather patient information and guide treatment plans.
- Collaborate with the treatment team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Maintain accurate and compliant patient records in accordance with 245G and 1115 Demonstration Waiver requirements.
- Participate in clinical consultations and staff meetings to ensure continuity of care.
Requirements
- Licensed Drug & Alcohol Counselor (LADC) with an active and unrestricted license in Minnesota or an ADC-T.
Schedule
- 1.0 FTE – Full Time, fully onsite.
- Must lead three morning groups each week (10:00 AM – 2:00 PM).
- Choose between a 40-hour schedule: five 8-hour days or four 10-hour days.
Pay
Exempt position. Total earnings range from $64,000 – $70,000 annually, based on licensure, experience, skillset, internal equity, schedule, and/or location. W2 employee.
