Responsibilities
- Facilitate group and individual therapy sessions for patients struggling with addiction.
- Conduct intakes and assessments to gather patient information and guide treatment plans.
- Collaborate with the treatment team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Maintain accurate and compliant patient records in accordance with 245G and 1115 Demonstration Waiver requirements.
- Participate in clinical consultations and staff meetings to ensure continuity of care.
Requirements
- Licensed Drug & Alcohol Counselor (LADC) with an active and unrestricted license in Minnesota or an ADC-T.

Pay
Total earnings for this exempt position range from $64,000 to $70,000 annually, based on licensure, experience, skillset, internal equity, schedule, and location. Estimates are factored on a 1.0 FTE.
