About the role

As a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC) at Sagent Behavioral Health, you will provide counseling to individuals with substance use disorders, assess their needs, and develop personalized treatment plans. The role includes facilitating group and individual therapy, conducting intakes and assessments, collaborating with the treatment team, maintaining accurate patient records, participating in clinical consultations, and ensuring continuity of care.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate group and individual therapy sessions for patients struggling with addiction.
  • Conduct intakes and assessments to gather patient information and guide treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with the treatment team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Maintain accurate and compliant patient records in accordance with 245G and 1115 Demonstration Waiver requirements.
  • Participate in clinical consultations and staff meetings to ensure continuity of care.

Requirements

  • Licensed Drug & Alcohol Counselor (LADC) with an active and unrestricted license in Minnesota or an ADC-T.

Qualifications

Strong communication, assessment skills, and knowledge of evidence-based practices and regulations are essential. This position requires leading three evening groups each week and is fully onsite. Candidates may choose between a 40-hour schedule (five 8-hour days or four 10-hour days). Groups are held from 5:00PM—9:00PM.

Pay

This is an exempt position. Total earnings for this position will range from $64,000 - $70,000 annually. Actual compensation may be determined by various factors such as licensure, experience, skillset, internal equity, schedule and/or location. Estimates are factored on a 1.0 FTE. Employees in these positions are W2.
