Responsibilities
- Facilitate group and individual therapy sessions for patients struggling with addiction.
- Conduct intakes and assessments to gather patient information and guide treatment plans.
- Collaborate with the treatment team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Maintain accurate and compliant patient records in accordance with 245G and 1115 Demonstration Waiver requirements.
- Participate in clinical consultations and staff meetings to ensure continuity of care.
Requirements
- Licensed Drug & Alcohol Counselor (LADC) with an active and unrestricted license in Minnesota or an ADC-T.
Pay
Total earnings for this position will range from $64,000 - $70,000 annually. Actual compensation may be determined by various factors such as licensure, experience, skillset, internal equity, schedule and/or location. Estimates are factored on a 1.0 FTE. Employees in these positions are W2.
Schedule
This position requires leading three evening groups each week and is fully onsite. Candidates may choose between a 40-hour schedule (five 8-hour days or four 10-hour days). Groups are held from 5:00PM—9:00PM.
