About the role
Join our team of behavioral healthcare professionals dedicated to providing exceptional mental health and human services. We are expanding our substance use assessment and treatment services and are seeking a passionate and motivated Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor to join our innovative new program.
Responsibilities
- Provide substance use assessment and treatment services to clients in the Alexandria office and throughout Minnesota.
- Demonstrate strong leadership skills and a commitment to excellence in client care.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to provide comprehensive care.
- Maintain compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and organizational policies.
- Participate in regular supervision and professional development opportunities.
Requirements
- Current license as a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor in Minnesota.
- Experience in substance use assessment and treatment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to ongoing education and professional development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Master's degree preferred.
- Relevant certifications or licenses.

$30.00 hourly
Schedule
