About the role
At Stranger Soccer, we're expanding our unique football experience platform to new cities and are looking for a License Owner / Operator in Houston to take the reins. This role is designed for individuals who understand football culture, thrive on building something meaningful, and are ready to own and operate their own venture with the support of a proven global brand.
Responsibilities
- Manage operations including scheduling, venue coordination, and player management
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to grow the football community in Houston
- Recruit and manage a team of coaches and volunteers
- Ensure every game delivers a consistent, high-quality experience
- Build and maintain relationships with local businesses and organizations
Requirements
- Strong understanding of football culture and passion for the sport
- Strategic thinking and leadership skills
- Experience in business or operations
- Ability to operate independently with full support from headquarters
