This role is designed for individuals who understand football culture, thrive on building something meaningful, and are ready to own and operate their own venture with the support of a proven global brand.

Responsibilities

• Manage operations including scheduling, team recruitment, and player management
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to grow the football ecosystem in your city
• Ensure every game delivers a consistent, high-quality experience
• Build and maintain relationships with players, teams, and local partners
• Operate a full football ecosystem for your community

Requirements

• A strong understanding of football culture and passion for the sport
• Strategic thinking and leadership skills
• Experience in business or entrepreneurship
• Ability to operate independently with full support from headquarters

Qualifications

• Experience in sports management or event organization
• Knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
