Leasing & Sales Specialist - Denver, CO
Essential Functions
- Supports leasing efforts across assigned properties to drive occupancy, traffic, and conversion results
- Serves as a primary sales representative at assigned communities, ensuring a strong on-site presence and customer experience
- Maintains ownership of lead management, ensuring timely follow-up and prioritization of all prospects
- Affords assistance with prospect management, including responding to inquiries, coordinating tours, and supporting follow-up efforts
- Pairs with on-site teams to ensure consistent leasing practices, sales techniques, and customer experience standards
- Conducts property walks, including model units and available homes, to ensure readiness and presentation standards are met
- Maintains knowledge of each assigned property, including amenities, local market conditions, and surrounding community features (schools, transportation, retail, etc.)
- Markseting, outreach, and local community engagement initiatives to increase qualified traffic
- Collaborates with leadership to support priority properties and targeted portfolio initiatives, ensuring timely execution and results
- Reviews market trends, including pricing, occupancy, and competitor activity, and shares insights with leadership as needed
- Trips between communities, providing hands-on leasing support and operational assistance as needed
- Maintains strong knowledge of market conditions, competitor pricing, and leasing trends
- Ensures compliance with Fair Housing regulations, company policies, and leasing standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- 2+ years of experience in leasing, property management, or sales/customer-facing roles
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with leasing systems (e.g., Yardi, CRM tools) preferred
- Strong sales, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence, build relationships, and manage multiple priorities independently
Pay
$20 - $25/hr + commission
