LIBRE Grassroots Coordinator, Pennsylvania - Harrisburg

About the role

The Grassroots Coordinator will identify, recruit, and engage grassroots leaders in Pennsylvania, mobilize them to take action, and drive policy reforms that open opportunities for all. This position will be based in the Harrisburg Tri-County area.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with LIBRE activists and volunteers in phone banking, door-to-door canvassing, and neighborhood events related to state-based policy initiatives
• Work alongside local grassroots staff to execute state and local educational rallies and other grassroots events
• Help build, maintain, and grow communities of LIBRE activists in coordination with grassroots staff
• Help with logistics relating to canvassing literature and materials
• Support various grassroots activities

Pay

• The anticipated salary range is $20 - $25 an hour.

Schedule

• This role may also be eligible for additional bonus compensation designed to align total compensation with an employee’s overall contribution to the organization.
