Grassroots Coordinator

As a Grassroots Coordinator with Americans for Prosperity - Wisconsin you will advocate for our issues in your community and help grow the grassroots network by working alongside the local staff as a part-time employee. This role will be in the Fox Valley, Appleton, or Oshkosh areas.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with AFP activists and volunteers in phone banking, door-to-door canvassing, and neighborhood events related to state-based policy initiatives
- Work alongside local grassroots staff to execute state and local educational rallies and other grassroots events
- Help build, maintain, and grow communities of AFP activists in coordination with grassroots staff
- Help with logistics relating to canvassing literature and materials
- Support various grassroots activities

Qualifications
- Experience in grassroots organizing or similar field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passion for advocacy and public policy
Skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Pay
The anticipated base salary range for this role is $15–$25 per hour. This role may also be eligible for additional bonus compensation designed to align total compensation with an employee’s overall contribution to the organization.
Schedule
This role is part-time and will be based in the Fox Valley, Appleton, or Oshkosh areas.
