Qualifications MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: All applicants must possess a valid PA teaching certificate in the area of Library Science K-12; knowledge and understanding of best instructional practices; excellent oral and written communication; ability to work with computers, the internet, and audio/visual equipment; and an interest in urban education. LOCATION: Lincoln Elementary School SALARY: In accordance with the HEA Contract Agreement. WORK CONTRACT: In accordance with the HEA Contract Agreement Required Documents Child Abuse, PA State Criminal History and FBI Fingerprint Clearances as required by PA School Code at time of hire.
