Instructional Aide - North Central Indiana Academy - NCIA Application Up to 30 hours per week while school in session. NCIA Aid Responsibilities Make new course copies and materials together for students when needed.Provide supervision during breakfast/lunch times.Provide overall academic support and 1:1 time with each student weekly, including students with IEP/504s.File documents in designated areas for credit tracking, grades, attendance, etc. Assist with case management of online-only students to complete weekly check-ins and attendance and grade monitoring.Assist with any activities, field trips, projects, etc.Assist as a team with any ongoing upkeep and sanitization of the school building. (sanitizing desks, sweeping, dishes, etc.)Assist with grading assignments and tracking credits for the teacher.
