About the role
The role involves managing and enhancing the Services provided by NEOGOV, including but not limited to job postings, applicant tracking, and communication with employers and job seekers.
Responsibilities
- Manage and enhance the Services provided by NEOGOV, including job postings and applicant tracking systems.
- Communicate effectively with employers and job seekers to ensure smooth operations and timely responses.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations regarding data privacy and handling.
- Provide support services to users, troubleshoot issues, and resolve concerns.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in IT support or customer service.
- Strong understanding of web technologies and software development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
Qualifications
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and job posting platforms.
- Knowledge of data privacy and security best practices.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Skills
- Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and backend programming languages.
- Familiarity with databases and SQL.
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
