About the roles

We are currently hiring for the following positions:

• Auditor – Internal Audit Department
• Unit Head, Clinical Nursing Department
• Dental Technician – Dental & Maxillofacial Surgery

Auditor – Internal Audit

Responsibilities

• Assist in conducting internal audits of hospital departments, operational processes, and financial activities.
• Review billing records, patient files, pharmacy transactions, and service documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Check compliance with hospital policies, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.
• Identify errors, discrepancies, or irregularities in operational and financial data.
• Support the audit team in preparing working papers, audit findings, and summary reports.
• Conduct routine checks on inventory, fixed assets, cash handling, and procurement processes.
• Coordinate with different departments to gather data, documents, and required information.
• Ensure confidentiality of all audit-related information and sensitive hospital records.
• Provide administrative and technical support during audit planning and fieldwork.

Requirements

• Education: B.Com / BBA / BS (Commerce).
• Experience: Preferably 1–2 years of relevant experience.
• Good command of MS Office applications.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Unit Head, Clinical Nursing

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of nursing staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality nursing care in assigned units.
• Ensure implementation of International Patient Safety Goals and Infection Control practices.
• Ensure implementation and effective utilization of EMR in assigned units.
• Visit patients to assess the quality of nursing care and obtain feedback.
• Ensure completion of pre and post requisites of all specialized procedures.
• Report medication-related incidents and adverse effects promptly.
• Conduct internal checks of medication and supplies in assigned areas.
• Participate actively in designing patient education material.
• Participate in audits and take action to address non-conformities.

Requirements

• Education: BSN (Preferable MSN).
• Experience: 05-06 years in clinical nursing including 2-3 years in a supervisory role.
• License: Must have valid PNC registration.
• Certifications: Preferably have BLS, ACLS, and ECG certificates.
• Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills in Urdu and English.
• Ability to handle difficult situations professionally and work under time constraints.
• Ability to handle multiple assignments simultaneously and work independently.

Dental Technician

Responsibilities

• Design, fabricate dental prosthetics, appliances, and restorations including dentures, crowns, bridges, and orthodontic appliances.
• Prepare impressions, casts, and models of patients’ teeth and oral structure as per specifications.
• Select, prepare, and work with various dental materials including metals, ceramics, and plastics.
• Operate and maintain various dental laboratory equipment.
• Inspect and test dental prosthetics and appliances for quality, accuracy, and functionality.
• Work closely with dentists and other healthcare professionals for treatment plans.
• Maintain and troubleshoot dental equipment, instruments, and prosthetics.
• Follow infection control protocols to prevent the spread of diseases.

Requirements

• Education: Diploma/Certificate in Dental Technician from a recognized institute.
• Experience: 2 to 3 years of relevant experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
