Liaison - Procurement

Responsibilities

• Procure Capital Equipment, Construction Services, and Medical Surgical Products in accordance with all contractual and financial requirements.
• Benchmark and/or competitively bid Equipment and Construction Services to ensure HonorHealth maximizes value.
• Work with all stakeholders, including Construction, Facilities, Finance, Legal, Requesters, and Medical Center Leadership at all facilities.
• Manage project management, supplier performance management, sourcing, pricing/contract negotiation, order placement/tracking/delivery, service excellence, problems solving, root cause analysis, strategy development, and invoicing accuracy.
• Aid other Buyers during peak volumes of standard supply and service orders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years' work-related experience in advanced Supply Chain Management role with a focus on Supply Chain/Procurement.
• Experience in a Buyer role, specifically in Procurement of Capital Equipment and Construction Services.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Must reside in Arizona.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including at least 1 day per week at the Network Support Service Center (NSSC).

Benefits

Hybrid remote work arrangement with at least 1 day in-office at NSSC.

Day shift, Monday through Friday, 8-hour shifts between 6 AM and 5 PM.

Pay

Salary commensurate with experience.

Schedule

Flexible, with at least 1 day per week at the Network Support Service Center (NSSC).
