Liability Claims Manager

For our client, we are seeking a Liability Claims Manager to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space. This role will lead a team responsible for managing complex, high-exposure liability claims and ensuring consistent, high-quality outcomes across the claims function. The position requires strong judgment in investigation, evaluation, and settlement strategy, along with the ability to guide staff development and support operational readiness during periods of disruption. You will partner closely with internal stakeholders to establish performance expectations, strengthen team capability, and drive effective claims resolution.
