As a Liability Adjuster I, you'll investigate claims, make informed decisions, negotiate fair outcomes, and guide customers through one of the most important moments they'll have with our company.
What You'll Do
- Investigate automobile accidents by gathering facts and reviewing evidence.
- Interview insureds, claimants, witnesses, and other involved parties.
- Evaluate coverage, liability, damages, and potential injury exposure.
- Make sound claim decisions based on policy language and the facts of each loss.
- Negotiate fair and timely claim settlements.
- Manage claim reserves and maintain accurate claim documentation.
- Identify complex claim issues and collaborate with internal partners when needed.
- Deliver clear, timely communication that builds trust with customers.
- Balance quality, productivity, and customer service while managing an active caseload.
- Continue developing your claims expertise through coaching, training, and ongoing professional development.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience handling non-standard automobile claims.
- Adjuster's license or the ability to obtain one, where required.
- Spanish-English bilingual skills.
