About the role
The role involves responsibility for the economic performance of the assigned branch, commercial development in the small and medium segments, team management, and oversight of work tools, all within the directives provided by higher organizational levels (Operations/Brand Directions).
Responsibilities
- Drive commercial development and team management, implementing proactive actions such as phone contacts, negotiations, and offers.
- Organize visits, loyalty initiatives, events, and foster relationships and agreements with businesses, associations, and institutions.
- Develop cross-selling actions for the various services offered by the Group in Italy.
- Analyze the branch’s profit and loss and manage commercial reporting.
- Share commercial priorities with the branch team, distribute workloads, ensure compliance with internal procedures, and onboard new hires.
- Oversee budget responsibility, commercial reporting, and economic results (profitability and productivity) of the branch.
- Promote and implement new business opportunities in response to legal, regulatory, organizational, or service changes, providing legal consulting to clients.
- Establish and communicate commercial priorities, distribute workloads, and ensure adherence to internal procedures.
- Conduct territory analysis, prospecting, competitor positioning, and identify and evaluate opportunities using digital sales tools (CRM, BI).
- Support the organization of client events (outdoor, business breakfasts, etc.) and identify sponsorship opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Build relationships with candidates and clients to foster loyalty.
- Coordinate with other branch roles to deliver client services.
- Plan and implement commercial development actions (proactive contacts, phone calls, negotiations, and offers), conquest visits, and loyalty initiatives.
- Draft commercial offers for client services in accordance with the Pricing policy.
Requirements
- Degree in economics and/or law.
- At least 3 years of experience in commercial roles, preferably in employment agencies.
- Regular availability for travel (20% to 50%).
- Good knowledge of English (B1 level).
- Teamwork and goal-oriented mindset.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Customer orientation.
- Strong leadership abilities.

Compensation will be determined based on objective and gender-neutral criteria during the selection process, considering professional skills and experience.
