Level III - Business Analyst With Child Support In Health & Human Service

Qualifications

Mandatory:

• More than seven (7) years of experience working on complex projects with 2 or more years in a leadership role as a Business Analyst.
• Seven or more years of client-focused business and requirements analysis experience and documentation, including:
  • Working on a team of BAs.
  • Conducting requirements gathering sessions.
  • Analyzing requirements gathered.
  • Identifying, documenting, and validating system requirements for continuous integration and deployment.
  • Preparing proposals for best-fit technology based on requirements elicited.
• Minimum of two years working in an Integrated Eligibility System Program in various workstreams including Child Support in a Health and Human Service setting.

Desirable:

• Seven (7) or more years of experience eliciting, documenting, and validating business and system requirements for large-scale modernization projects, including:
  • Analysis of legacy systems, business rules, and complex functional domains.
  • Focus on the Human Services Child Support domain.
• Seven (7) or more years of experience conducting business process analysis and creating requirements documentation, including:
  • As-Is/To-Be process flows.
  • User stories, functional specifications, and wireframes.
  • Use of requirements management tools such as Blueprint or similar.
• Seven (7) or more years of experience facilitating stakeholder meetings and workgroups to:
  • Gather requirements.
  • Validate solutions.
  • Support the delivery of web-based, client-facing applications.
