About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team at Triad1828 Centre. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one support and assistance to individuals with developmental disabilities in their daily activities.
• Assist with personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication management.
• Facilitate social interactions and recreational activities.
• Maintain a safe and nurturing environment.
• Document observations and progress reports as required.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Pass a background check.
• Compliance with all state and federal regulations regarding the care of individuals with developmental disabilities.

Pay

$15.00 - $17.00 per hour based on experience.
