Level II Security Officer - SOC Operator

Responsibilities

• Provide primary and secondary security service support by following pre‑defined actions for normal business activities and critical events.
• Escalate incidents to key parties within the operations center and other support groups as needed.
• Utilize a variety of tools, including enterprise access control and alarm monitoring systems, business intelligence sources, open‑source media, internet resources, and in‑house applications.
• Respond to and alert personnel regarding any adverse conditions that may affect the client, its employees, facilities, or properties.

This position reports to the Oklahoma City Manager.

Requirements

• Valid Texas driver’s license.
• PSB Level II License.
