Local to the Corpus Christi, TX area. Full-time position with ~50% travel required.
Responsibilities
- Set up and calibrate equipment.
- Conduct tests with appropriate NDT technique: Phased Array.
- Interpret, evaluate and document results.
- Direct the work of trainees and Level I personnel.
- Apply codes, standards and other contractual documents that control the method.
- Other assignments/responsibilities as assigned by management.
Requirements
- Level II PAUT certification (manual and encoded PAUT required).
- Level II AUT certification.
- Level II MT, PT certification.
- Level II VT or API 570 preferred.
- Graduate of a specialized NDT technical program meeting SNT-TC1A for PAUT.
- Prior certification as an UTSW NDE Level II with one (1) year experience or prior certification as Level II per SNT-TC1A standards for Phased Array, UTSW.
- High School graduate or equivalent.
- TWIC card.
- Valid Driver’s License.
