Level II - Business Analyst With Child Support In Health & Human Service

Qualifications

Mandatory:

• Between four (4) and seven (7) years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Between four (4) and seven (7) years of client-focused business and requirements analysis experience and documentation, including:
  • Working on a team of BAs.
  • Conducting requirements gathering sessions.
  • Analyzing requirements gathered.
  • Identifying, documenting, and validating system requirements for continuous integration and deployment.
  • Preparing proposals for best-fit technology based on requirements elicited.
• Minimum of two years working in an Integrated Eligibility System Program in various workstreams, including Child Support in Health and Human Service settings.

Desirable:

• Between four (4) and seven (7) years of experience identifying, documenting, and validating system requirements across multiple agencies, including:
  • Working on modernization projects extracting and documenting legacy system logic and business rules.
  • Focus on the Human Service Child Support domain.
• Between four (4) and seven (7) years of experience conducting business process analysis and optimization, documenting As-Is and proposing To-Be web-based client-facing applications.
• Between four (4) and seven (7) years of creating requirements documentation (process flows, user stories, wireframes, specifications) while adhering to pre-established templates within requirement management tools like Blueprint.
