Business Analyst (Level II)

Job Description

This position supports the Global Accounting & Reconciliation Team within Global Operations Shared Operations. The role involves the preparation of daily and monthly reconciliations, including month-end balance sheet attestation. The individual will participate in tactical and strategic projects focused on improving the reconciliation space, executing controls to reduce risk, and supporting the overall operating model.

• Serve as an Accounting Operations team member, contributing to daily production work through the completion of assigned reconciliations.
• Contribute to reducing risks and driving operational excellence in the accounting space.
• Engage in initiatives involving automation and streamlining of processes to improve the reconciliation experience.
• Conduct deep-dive analysis of reconciliations and related processes to identify issues and areas for improvement.
• Participate in operational excellence initiatives related to the implementation of workflow and reconciliation tools.

Requirements

Education: A four-year degree is required.

• Prior experience in accounting or securities is desired.
