About the role

Midway Painting Company is Utah's fastest growing painting company, and we're building an in-house drywall crew to support our custom home painting and plaster projects. We specialize in high-end custom homes, residential repaints, and commercial painting, and we need experienced drywallers to help us deliver top-quality work for our clients.

What You’ll Do

• Perform Level 5 drywall finishing (the highest standard for smooth walls — ready for high-end finishes).
• Handle patching and repair work in large custom homes after paint touch-ups, remodels, or damage repairs.
• Complete small to medium drywall installation jobs, including new walls, ceilings, and renovations.
• Work on plaster jobs where smooth, custom finishes are required.
• Collaborate directly with our painting crews to ensure seamless project flow from drywall to final coat.
• Maintain a clean, organized job site and deliver work that meets our high-quality standards.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 5 years of drywall experience, including Level 5 finishing.
• Experience working in high-end custom homes (attention to detail is critical).
• Ability to handle plaster work (or willingness to learn).
• Strong work ethic and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation and basic drywall tools.
• Great communication and customer service skills.
