About the role

They aim to hire 20 resources within the next three weeks for network‑based installation work. The role involves rack and stack, channel testing, and proficiency with Viavi or Fluke units. This is a Contract to Hire position based in Montgomery, AL, fully onsite.

Responsibilities

• Rack and stack equipment
• Perform channel testing
• Operate Viavi or Fluke testing units

Requirements

• Tech 2 level with 3+ years of experience preferred; Tech 1 level with 1-3 years experience also considered
• Intermediate experience level
• Preference for local candidates (Montgomery, AL); open to travelers willing to relocate (including relocation after the 4‑month contract period)
• Contract to Hire position
• Fully onsite work

Pay

The pay range for this position is $20.00 – $34.00 per hour. Individual compensation within this range depends on qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other job‑related factors.
